We then work through reflective questions, patterns, insights, and practical steps to help you gain clarity and move forward. You’ll leave each session with greater awareness and simple, actionable steps to integrate in your life.
No. Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. It helps you gain clarity, shift patterns, and take intentional action. It’s ideal if you want support navigating decisions, change, stress, or personal growth without going into deeper clinical or therapeutic work
During your session, we begin with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. You’ll then relax on a comfortable therapy bed while I use Reiki (gentle hands-on energy healing) and Sound Healing (vibrational tools like singing bowls) to help your body release tension, calm your mind, and restore balance. We finish with a brief reflection so you can integrate what came up
People often notice warmth, tingling, lightness, deep relaxation, or emotional release. Some feel very calm and peaceful; others feel energised and clear. Every experience is unique, and all responses are normal.
Not necessarily. You’re welcome to arrive with a preference, or we can discuss what feels right for you on the day. Some sessions use one modality, others blend both, it depends on what will support you best. There’s no pressure to decide in advance.
Come dressed in comfortable clothes that help you unwind. You’ll stay fully clothed during the session, only taking off your shoes so you can settle in with ease.
